A spin on the classic Paloma, with Plymouth navy strength gin, grapefruit, lime and blood orange soda, bitter orange soda.

Bloody Tom Collins

Grown up orangeade, made with Malay Aranica, lemon, blood orange soda.

PLD Martini 

The classic gin martini served using our own Providence London dry gin, vermouth and lemon peel. No better way to dress up a dry gin.

Breakfast Martini

Aber Falls Marmalade Gin, lemon, cointreau and Campari.

Melon Sour

Reminiscent of classic sherbet sweets. Uses Ampersand Melon Gin, Cointreau, lime, and egg white.

Espresso Martini 

The Espresso Martini is a sumptuous mix of vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso. It's rich, indulgent, and creamy and the shot of espresso will give you that boost of energy if you are flagging after a busy day.

Old Fashioned

One of the oldest cocktails around and stands test of time. Bourbon, brown sugar, bitters, orange peel.

Pornstar Martini 

The Pornstar Martini is a refreshing passion fruit cocktail made with vanilla vodka, Passoa and lime juice served with a shot of Prosecco. This flavoured passion fruit martini is probably notorious thanks to its risqué, name.

Whatever the name, this passion fruit cocktail served with a shot of Prosecco on the side is both super delicious and photogenic!


Straight out of Paris, this is a sweet and bloody one, Cognac, Cointreau, lemon.

Mai Tai 

Wonderfully smooth and a bit nutty, using rum, lime, Cointreau, and orgeat. 

Bloody Mary

Savory, saucy and spiced to your liking. Ask for your spice level on a level between 1-10. Rutte celery gin, Tabasco, horseradish, tomato juice, lime.

Non alcoholic £7.50


Exactly what it says on the tin, a negroni with all the flavours and punch just without alcohol, made using Everleaf Mountain pink gin, acorn aromatic aperitif, and seedlip spice.

Cautious Cosmopolitan

A sharp, dry mixture of cranberry, lime and non-alcoholic lyres London dry Gin with a gentle touch of sweet lyres orange sec liqueur equivalent, this drink is classy and moreish.

Amaretto sour

A sweet marzipan treat, Made using pineapple juice, lemon juice, egg white, cocktail cherries & a few drops of almond extract.

The Sober Emperor

Perfect to quench the first, refreshing flavours from cucumber and dill brings a mellow and sometimes floral or sweet character. Made using Sipsmith free glider and Syrup Cucumber.
